Hello, My name is Pastor Scott Dennis.  At Central Baptist Church we believe that the youth are the future of the Church.  We take pride in everything we do and give Christ all the glory!  My family and I moved here to Crestview from Orlando Florida.  My wife Anne and I were married in 1993 and have a son named Trevor who attends Richburg Middle School.  I attended New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary along with Studies from the Baptist Collage of Florida.  Prior to my full time calling into the ministry, I was a Deputy Sheriff and worked as a Narcotic undercover agent! I should say that my past while serving as a deputy and while serving in the United States Army, I was exposed to many "worldly" things.  Which I believe has better equipped me to understand a lost and dieing culture! I invite you to join us as we battle on the frontlines together to rescue a generation for Jesus Christ! 

According to Ron Luce, author of "Battlecry for a generation" He states that if nothing changes in the way we evangelize the Millennial generation then only 4% will become bible believing followers of Jesus Christ.  To give you an idea what that might look like!  Look at what 35% of bible believing followers of Jesus Christ looks like!  What you see going on right now is our world is only the tip of the iceberg....  We have our work cut out and Ron and I agree, we only have a small window of 5-7 years to reach these young people which will shape the next 50-70 years of American and Church history!  To learn more visit www.battlecry.com or e-mail me at scott.dennis@centralcrestview.com
